   Mr. Babulal Jain is a practicing Chartered Accountant by profession. He has nearly 4 decades of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Audits, Taxation and Company Law.


2. Mr. Kunal Gandhi
   Promoter, Managing Director & CEO
   Mr. Kunal N. Gandhi has done Master of Science from Lancaster University, Lancaster, U.K. He was appointed as Vice President - Business Development of the Company since April 2010. On 01 January, 2016, the company appointed him as Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed as Joint Managing Director on 12 February, 2019 and designated as Managing Director on 11 July, 2019.


3. Mr. Yogesh Shah
   Executive Director & CFO
   Mr. Yogesh B. Shah, Commerce Graduate, has more than 30 years of experience in Accounting and Finance field. He has been appointed as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company since July, 2014. In addition to Chief Financial Officer he also appointed as an Executive Director on 12 February, 2020.


4. Mr. Prashant Godha
   Director
   Mr. Prashant Godha, graduate in Commerce and has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He has experience of nearly 23 years in the pharmaceuticals industry. He belongs to the promoters / promoter group shareholders of the Company.


5. Mr. Shashil Mendonsa
   Director
   Mr. Shashil Mendonsa, post graduate in Science. He has experience of nearly 30 years in the pharmaceuticals industry in the field of Sales, Marketing and General Management. He belongs to the promoters / promoter group shareholders of the Company. Currently he is working as President – International Marketing with Ipca Laboratories Ltd., a promoter shareholder of the Company.


6. Mr. Neeraj Golas
   Independent Director
   Mr. Neeraj Golas is a practicing Chartered Accountant by profession having more than 30 years of experience in the field of Audit, Accounting and Finance.


7. Mrs. Archana S Yadav
   Independent Director
   Mrs. Archana S Yadav is a practicing Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of professional experience spanning Direct and Indirect Taxation, International Taxation, Finance and Accounts, Auditing, Cash Management, and Management Information Systems (MIS). Mrs. Archana S Yadav has also been appointed as a GST faculty by ICAI, contributing to knowledge sharing and training initiatives across India.


8. Mr. Shailendra Agrawal
   Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
   Mr. Shailendra Agrawal is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India., and have more than 15 years of experience in Secretarial and Legal matters.
   He is appointed as Nodal Officer of the Company for Investors Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016
